Axis was hired by Mr. Clean CarWash to prepare construction documents for state-of-the-art 4,700 SF tunnel carwashes throughout the Southeastern United States. Axis is the civil engineer for the prototypical Mr. Clean CarWash in the southeast United States, with projects in Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee. In addition to providing civil engineering services, Axis was involved in the due diligence process preparing site investigation reports and conceptual site sketches. Axis manages conditional or special use permits and rezonings. Axis permits the sitework and handle construction management: review of shop drawings, field issues and review of asbuilts. Sites have varied from .75 to 1.5 acres. Axis was responsible for due-diligence, site selection, concept design, design development, construction documents, permitting and construction administration. Axis provides all architecture, structural, MEP, civil, permitting, and construction administration services. Site have varied in size from .75 acre to 1.5 acres.
