The existing facility consisted of a 2,800 SF barn. The client wanted to turn this land and barn into a welcoming wedding venue. Project consisted of due-diligence report, construction documents and land disturbance permitting, site plan drawings for new parking areas, walkways, and road additions/modifications. Verification of structural building system; includes room sizes, ceiling heights and overall building/field measurements, structural assessment to determine removal of walls, overall dimensions of main house to document areas which would be affected by patio improvements and new deck; site photos; preliminary design and schematic drawings.
